Laws Pedestrian Distracted

I tend to not look at my phone as I cross a street due to two things. One I am blonde and I can barely do two things at once. Two the screen is really hard to see outside. I would prefer to look at it indoors or in a shady part of town. I have seen many people walk into trees, Pillars, Trashcans, and other objects while on their phones or texting and walking. Some times it is interesting to watch.
