Role-playing In The First Or Third Person

When you role-play do you use the first person or third person when mentioning or describing your character's actions?

Person Or The Role-playing

I've not thought about this until I read your question. I believe I use the third person when describing what my character is doing except when the character is talking to another character then I use first person if that makes sense.

I try to do the same as Stacia although I probably slip now and again and put it in first person when I should be in third. The exception is the 3.5e play as you are campaign. That one on is all first person.
