Everything is bad for you if you eat too much of it. Coconut oil has been the "In" thing for years now, its not surprising that there will be some negatory remarks on it now. Moderation people, everything in moderation.

Yeah, it's the society we live in I think. People think, "Well if this is good for me then more of it is better, and a ton of it must be great!" Back years ago before everyone became so materialistic and self centered, people realized that moderation was key.
