There is a reason why officials place safety barriers around dangerous places. The fact that some parents do not teach their children to obey the laws and not to go where one is prohibited we would not be reading things like this. I feel sorry for the younger child who just lost his family.

This is a tragedy but I'm with you on this one KN. The boy was eleven years old. That is more than old enough to know to follow the rules, especially in an area as dangerous as that.
