Based on the Dungeons & Dragons 5e rules set which Character Class seems to have the best chance of survival in a typical Dungeons & Dragons 5e campaign?

Class Character e Dragons and Dungeons The

I would go with barbarians. With their resistance to damage they have double the hitpoints against most enemies with a good armor save as well. It takes a lot to put a barbarian out of action in 5e.
