What kind of Outer Space Technology does Ghana have? If applicable, what kind of annual budget is allocated towards Outer Space Technology?

Technology Space Outer Ghana
Funny enough, Ghana actually HAS a Space Sciences budget and program, albeit severly underfunded. They have been trying to raise capital since 2012, seeking close to $10B US to run it. They have a Space Sciences center that opened a few years back, and are trying to grow their education centers towards more sciences. Good for them!
