KNtoran, I really like your idea of walking 2018 miles in 2018. I did the math and it's just over 5.5 miles per day. I think that is very doable but is enough to have some good results.
I think I may set the same goal for myself. I know I am happier and my mental health improves when I run on a regular basis, and I hope you have good results with consistent exercise as well.
