I saw this on 9. The uncle and aunt weren't living near them so they did not know. Their only communication was through Skype and though they were questioning why the kids looked a little thin they thought it was because they were getting tall. Funny enough the aunt and uncle blamed the neighbors living around the Turpins because they saw signs but never called the authorities.
