Horror as dog dies in overhead compartment. A PASSENGER was forced to put her pet in the overhead luggage bin on a flight. It ended in tragedy. Source 5v.

I totally get her grief and its good that United is taking full responsibility however in my personal view pets just don't belong in planes where other passengers are. I would not appreciate having a dog or cat near me while flying. Can you imagine if you have an allergy?
