Community Shoutbox

Sometimes getting attention may be a bit difficult in a Community this large. Many years ago we used to have a Shoutbox at the top of every page to get Member's attention, but I removed it because it was taking up resources. Since that time we now have better servers, design and coding available so it may be a good idea to bring the Shoutbox back as one of the rotating columns. This time it will have a different custom code. The Shoutbox will allow Premium Members to add a quick blurb for everyone to see. For instance:

"Good morning everyone"
"Hey, please check this topic [x]"
"I need one more player for my game."

This could be great and useful. I just want to say a quick shout out to everyone. "I hope you have a great day or night today."
