Is there a world map for Dungeons & Dragons in the same way other systems provide world maps for their systems?

Map World Dragons and Dungeons
There are many world maps for many worlds in the Dungeons & Dragons universe. Some more detailed than others. Forgotten Realms, Dark Sun, Greyhawk, Dragonlance - all have their own maps, histories and such. There is no single map for the universe, as yet.

D&D World Map Reviews RPG & Card Board
With the Dungeons & Dragons world being so vast and so many people using custom maps and custom worlds as well as others having their [own worlds] and own universe it would make it very hard to factor all this into one universe where all worlds are covered.
