What if your lawyer breaks client confidentiality and goes to the police about your criminal conduct using evidence you game to your lawyer - what would happen to you and what would happen to your lawyer?

Confidentiality Breaks Lawyers Your What

I would sue the Lawyer and see about having them disbarred. Patient confidentiality is a big part of our beliefs and laws. I would hope that any lawyer breaking that would be disbarred.

There is a clause that breaks client lawyer privileges and its called "Fraud". If your client or lawyer is committing some kind of fraudulent activity during the relationship then it makes the privilege no longer a privilege. In other words your lawyer can't be doing a crime for you as a client.
