Windows Kb4093118 Keeps Reinstalling Itself

Windows has always been known for buggy 'fixes' but this latest April 2018 update cuts the cake. No matter how many times you install KB4093118 Windows will tell you that it needs to be installed! Anyone got a fix for this yet?

Itself Reinstalling Kb Windows

My googlefu is saying that its due to a priority conflict between it and KB 4093113.

Just hiding the update appears to be the immediate solution, at least until MS gets their act together.
