A military family takes part in a ground-breaking experiment of genetic evolution and space exploration.
There is no logic to Titan so it makes it hard to digest.

If you are going through all that trouble to make people become super human then why not just make them that way on earth so they can cope. If you are trying to save the human race then why change the race… its like another way of doing a way with human life as we know it.
The worst of all was the speed of the evolution. If you could change someone that fast surely you can just save the earth. Also what's the point of getting someone to Titan only to have them by themself… what's the good in that? This part of the story isn't built up at all.
I agree. Also, why would genetic engineering change the human so much that they become utterly unable to communicate, even with sign language? I could understand perhaps being unable to talk, by the story wrote them into completely alien species with no left over humanity to speak of. They even wiped his memory.
I found this film interesting as it shows what happens when you try to modify the human DNA to make a "Super" human. The fact that they made a whole different species with it and the issues that came with dealing with this new species says a lot about how we should not be messing with the DNA as it can lead to disaster. To see that they were able to get him to Titan was nice and gave him a place to be away from people who he found to be aliens to him.
