Oxidation Cholesterol

Knowing that oxidized Cholesterol is the leading cause of issues in the health of humans means that as people educate themselves of the sources of the cholesterol and ways to combat it can make it better for people. Maybe if enough people turn away from the products out there that cause this the food manufactures will change the way they process food so it will be more healthy for all.

Cholesterol Oxidation Health & Special Psychology

Hello there. High Cholesterol runs in my family and I'm doing my best to lower mine and am doing a pretty good job of it. I don't eat vegetables like I should I know, but I do try to eat plenty of fruit but not too much because of the sugar. I'm also looking into a gym membership at fitness evolution. So I'm making an honest effort to lower both my weight and cholesterol levels.
