Philippines Plastic Ban

In Philippines is there a Plastic Ban law? Does Philippines have any programs to help people choose alternatives to plastics and the dangers plastic causes to the environment?

Ban Plastic Philippines

Several provinces and town has banned the use of plastics establishments. Like no more straws or plastic bags. Recycling and proper waste segregation is being enforced. But in general, Philippines is a long way from banning total use of plastics.
