I'm always going to eat meat, I've done it my whole life and love it. I try to eat white meat chicken since I hear red meat is bad for you, although I do love me a good cheeseburger with mustard on it *laugh*. I also try to diet by not eating cakes and cookies and things like that until the weekend and through the week if I'm in the mood for a dessert I'll have a fruit cup in the juice or a cup of sugar free jello. So I am trying hard to diet and get this disgusting weight off of me.
I think the key is moderation in all that we eat but we never eat in moderations. Does anyone ever eat one potato chip or one cookie? Fruits is a way better choice over cakes and cookies when the prices aren't too high.
