These cops tried to find out if a guy had a permit to carry a gun which he did but they were looking for something to pin on him. What do you think?

I've heard that police have to make a certain number tickets each week to prove they are 'working' when they go outside. When they can't find someone to give a ticket to they start making up stuff.

Police departments have gotten away with Quotas as it does not help enforce the laws. To know that you are on camera more often than not is something that the police live with on a daily basis. You always have someone out there wanting to catch you doing something wrong so they can post it all over youtube and facebook. This is why police officers are getting to be more and more stressed as they try to always be doing the right thing.

Yeah but were these cops doing the right thing? Doesn't look like it. I don't know the percentage of this happening but African Americans have it rough when they get pulled over.
