People Steal Aquarium Sharks History & Civil Business Politics

I do not understand why someone would steal a shark from an aquarium. Are they so full of themselves they want to take away from others so that others can not enjoy seeing sharks in a safe aquarium? I tend to agree with Hunter that people who do this needs to receive a much stiffer sentence due to animal cruelty.
