Yes, his style is ingrained and natural to him. Unfortunate that he cannot bridle it. I was actually surprised after the recent Posts we made here that he was willing to challenge me by Email, quite out of the blue too. He would be well to follow what the guy said...

I have to say I will miss him.

Why would anyone want to sign back up under a new name if they have to pretend to be someone else? If they are not able to be here under regular rules why do they think they can start "acting" like someone else and follow the rules? And why would they?

That is interesting, save for your input now and again into his Rave Thread telling him to behave I hardly saw you interacting in Topic Discussion with him here. What will you miss, the constant sarcasm, the insults towards intelligence, the off topics, the attacks on Members simply because they have a view?

Miss him? I will surely not miss anyone that calls someone else an "as..h" when the person kindly tried to help him post properly by sending him through email what he posted offtopic. JB did not have to do that but he wanted to help him and that's how he replies? When he is confronted about it, he has the gut to say we are "too sensitive". Imagine that! He is so used to talk like that that not only he finds it acceptable but pretends that the rest finds it acceptable too.

So unless people have that same type of mentality or behave pretty much the same way then I do not see how can a person with this behavior be missed. It would be interesting to know if Quasar would have told them this specially the part of the husband if they would say they will miss him still.

I admit I was sadden to read JB's post about the e-mail. I hoped that as a group we were reaching him as I think he has great potential. I will continue to hope he seeks a calmer path in life.

If people in person have tried to advise him I do not see how an internet group would have made a difference. I believe based on his many Posts here that the help he needs is more than simply just 'friends' trying to help.

Well I have comments on all the responses as I am sure you knew I would! So I would like to start with this one and reference back to the others. I will try not to make a book out of it.

I have to respectfully disagree with you on this one. We are the Lords instruments and he can work through us if we allow him. Do I think he should of done those things? Absolutely Not! Even through PM I joke with him about being his BIG sister because someone needs to keep him in line...no argument there...and he knows that!
We should NEVER think because something else doesn't work that nothing we do will either, if anything it plants seeds.

I may be mistaken but I think I was in a fair amount of threads with Quasar but then again I have moved to using the PM system more since I am not on a lot anymore, and haven't felt the need to add my opinion to anything much lately. If I want to talk to someone, I do,--but I will have to go back and check. It seems I was just in a thread with him not too long ago.

As for interacting on the forum it has nothing to do with whether it was him or anyone. I do not feel this is the same forum I thought I joined and feel hesitant to put my true feelings down. I do enjoy reading from the regular members and the new ones that come along. I think they can find great information here...I do not feel I have to put out my opinion out to learn new things. So I read and ask a question when I have one.

I can actually believe you are right when you say you could not see how a person can be missed like that. I can also tell you however that NO, I do not have that same mentality or behave the same way (mostly) And from the bottom of my heart I DO MISS HIM. But you know, I HAVE acted like that before in the past and behaved such that I was an embarrassment to my family and friends. SOME did stop talking to me until I could behave better but there were others WHO NEVER GAVE UP on me and prayed for patience to deal with my major shortcomings. Those prayers and concerns were what pulled me through but it took over 5 years! The Lords time frame is not ours and so maybe his post in Why Mormons Suck was a bit rough but you know, he is working his way back from a terrible lifestyle. He is still learning and needs people who don't judge him but love him. Don't take his crap and let him know, but try to help him see the better side of things. If you have never been inactive then you probably have no clue what goes on in a persons heart and mind when they come back and the fact that Satan knows exactly what buttons to push to try and make it so everyone will "have enough" and make you think its not even worth it.

If anyone had his personal email address I would like to stay in touch with him. He may not be fit for forum discussion at this point because he is not in control of his words and thoughts as he should be, BUT I do miss him and actually he is a great person inside--working on getting out.
