Sometimes we become accustomed to the way someone does a service for us that we become uncomfortable doing it with anyone else. A good example of that is your hairdresser or barber. Do you rather do without a service when you cannot get the person you are accustomed to or do you try someone else?

It is very hard to get good service. So I would stick with who I got that is doing me good service. I don't like to change up my service.
