Dr. Larry Isaacs gave up his medical license while under investigation in California, Louisiana and New York. But the doctor is still practicing medicine in Ohio. He's not alone. An investigation by the USA TODAY Network found hundreds of doctors who volunteer to give up medical licenses and then move on to treat patients in another state. Source 4g.
