First Time In Prison 101

If you are going to prison, as a convict, for the first time what are some common mistakes you should avoid?

I'm not talking from experience so this is not first hand, but what I have read elsewhere is that if you look like the type that is arrogant or talks too much then you will land yourself in trouble. Better to stay to yourself and keep quiet.

Not from experience but what I've heard is you need to come across as you fear nothing but don't do it like you want to pick a fight because those will come on their own. You just want to make sure you aren't seen as a push over and that you will fight to protect yourself.
