So there is a mad rush to get cars inspected and to get your sticker. Trinis will wait til the last minute even if their life were depending on it. I don't understand how the POS liscening office have no stickers. You asking people to get inspected but then you don't give them any sticker!

Once you have the inspection certificate you are Ok. Just explain to the police officer the POS have no stickers.
