A terrible tragedy, this would've been prevented if the child wasn't with the father in the first place; who already have a past of domestic violence and alcoholism. I hope the court takes this as a lesson to analyze more efficiently before changing other people's lives like that.

Felipe is right but unfortunately there is no barring the act of creation and the the outcome is that any total loser can end up being the parent of a beautiful baby boy like this one. Very sad end.

That right there is the main problem, a lot of these people dive right in to parenthood without any real preparation with false hopes and unrealistic expectations. The man already had a history of alcoholism yet somehow he and his partner thinks that it's a good idea to become parents KNOWING that there is some lack of self control going on.
