A pair of new studies has provided new insight into the challenges faced by children on the autism spectrum who exhibit symptoms of attention deficit/hyperactivity disorder (ADHD). It really just depends on the person and varies on which part of the spectrum they are in. Sometimes it seems that they might share some traits of ADHD when it's not it in the first place.

Because they usually sit up, crawl, and walk on time, obvious differences in the development of gestures, pretend play, language, and social skills often go unnoticed.
