The saddest part about all this is that they're NOW trying to consider treatment for these prisoners in the first place. This is the problem with the justice system - by placing them in a cage for a large portion of their lives and expecting them to behave like normal citizens next time..I don't think it'll work. You'll end up creating a hardened criminal with a monstrous intention that cannot be fixed again.
