Internet trolls will find any sort of possibility to twist the meaning of something but honestly this photo was basically baiting them to make inappropriate comments (Not saying the photo is bad but you know how people are in the net when it comes to certain types). Removing it basically was adding more to the fire.

That's the sad thing about the internet, everything has to be brought down to primal instincts rather than seeing the higher value. Maybe its a good way of showing how many animals there are in the body of a human.
