Levothyroxine

Levothyroxine treatment in women with thyroid antibodies may not increase live birth rate. Treating women with thyroid antibodies but a normal thyroid function with a medicine called Levothyroxine does not make them more likely to deliver a live baby, new research suggests. Source 9k.

According to the research the scientists decided to have two groups; one that takes Levothyroxine daily and one that only takes the placebo pill. Surprisingly, there is a 1-2% difference between the two groups in terms of live births, indicating that the medication doesn't influence pregnancy at all.
