Recall Rock 'n Play Sleepers

Fisher-Price recalls 4.7 million Rock ‘n Play sleepers after 30 infant deaths. According to the recall, consumers "Should immediately stop using the product and contact Fisher-Price for a refund or voucher." Over 30 infant fatalities have occurred in Rock ‘n Play Sleepers, after the infants rolled over while unrestrained, the recall notice said. Source 7y.

After all that time the recall was very much overdue, and the 30 deaths could've been prevented if there were adequate tests to this product before it is released! Overall, thankfully this won't be used anymore.
