Being Too Harsh On Yourself

Being too harsh on yourself could lead to OCD and anxiety. A new study has found that people who reported intense feelings of responsibility were susceptible to developing Obsessive Compulsive Disorder (OCD) or Generalized Anxiety Disorder (GAD). Source 8e.

Yourself Harsh Being

I think it has to do a lot with 'trauma' in a way and how some people are hellbent to prevent certain things from happening. Strangely enough, the problem can still be conquered through discipline and mindset. Of course, this has to be done habitually; done by action and taking measures to suppress yourself from thinking a a certain way.
