That sounds good but what I'm thinking is if you take out one post then everyone there is going to notice so once we begin we have to continue. Plus it looks to me that where we want to park the wagon is very far from the actual posts. Some of us are on foot.
Alright then what about the wagon making a lot of noise getting there unless you're planning that we leave the wagon here.
I agree three up and three down might be wise. So we have no cover for the wagon besides the mountain base so it shall have to be there.
Walking is long darkish is 5:00 so we have three hours. We can hit them then the second in early morning?
Wanderer shall go up. I think her blade might be a big bonus in this. Who else? I am willing to guard on ground.
Scout is clear leaving the wagon is unwise as it sits visible presently.
Those on ground will try to secure a defensible spot from wolves for the night. We sleep then move leaving early enough to hit the second pass before day break. If scout will not remain I will go with him to look at the second pass. We should get Daphne to ask if it is were her previous partner fell to his death.
Proposed post
Daphne asks if the second entrance on the west side is where her former companion Krakyn fell to his death.
Kalfie informs Scout they intend to take the wagon and conceal it as best as possible by the mountain. Then three warriors will ascend that passage near dark and the rest will watch the wagon.
Wanderer is asked to part of the raiding party of three.
The groups intend to hit one pass then the second right after taking over both posts.
If any signals are sent they will send one that resembles the signals they have already seen used by the outposts.
end post
Do respond and I will post asap.
ooc a busy day here so I will look in once I see some responses 3 minimum.
I wonder what those two are about. I also wonder if the DM isn't just trying to set us up and keep us from our ojective. Ask scout what he thinks.
Ok we only have me and Wanderer on Horse back. I am betting she has a bow as do I.
I suggest the two of us hit closer to the mountain and the rest lay down in the wagon letting only Scout and the driver be seen.
We will ride to the mountain and come in between them and the mountains to cut off retreat.
I intend to shoot the horse and one rider. On foot we can subdue the beggar. The extra horse would be nice as well but one has to die.
OOC: I say let the two come closer. IF they are openly riding out of deaths mouth they must be part of the thieves. I say wait till it is darker so the lookouts can not see them than shoot them with arrows. The ones at the wagon can take care of them. This gives the three who are heading up the trail a little more advantage I think. I too have a bow and arrows.
