[camp] Revenge - Page 44

I am sure the raiding part was around 6 with 4 wolves. The party riding out 20 or less. A dozenish I think. I hope we know more after our dash back.

Revenge camp

Amrynth gather's his gear and abandon's the wagon, seeking cover and concealment in the rocks. He draws his sword and gives Wanderer plenty of clearance. He offer's no response, to her chiding remark and stands fast, his heart beating in his throat.

OOC: I have the impression it is a big number like the last time, they always seem to outnumber us. We need to get together fast and find some sort of refuge since we cannot be in the open confronting these guys and expect to be make alive!

Page 44 Revenge camp

OOC: The party cannot hope to defeat the bandits on open ground. The 'mouth' would be suicide. I had hoped that we all might have been in a narrow passage somewhere up the mountain when they came. We need to make their numbers useless by fighting them in a smaller area, if that is possible.

I think I have my bearings now and I fear Amrynth couldn't be a worse position. If we are able to regroup perhaps we can utilize our bows.

Originally I was hoping we could check out where most of the bandits were, regroup and then attack them in numbers or even set up ambushes... A good idea in theory, eh? A small matter. Those of you on high ground may be wise to keep that advantage.

Revenge camp

Ok I would like every one to state what they prefer. I personally feel we need to get together with Wanderer and Amryth. Any who like can go up but they will just wait us out if you ask me. I think if we could put some I hiding then only two of us are know targets. we might have some element of surprise.

Make a run past the wagon then Daphne and Kalfie can turn back and come in swinging.

If we can take 6 in a pass we can turn the tide they will scram once a percentage is dropped. I know en mass we are in a tight spot. Sorry guys.

Other choice is Daphne and I just run towards town and try to return wagon side later.

Crusher if he is dead get his chain mail armor off and use it! Or who ever is most in need I will let you two decide. I am posting just the roll results and will post actions later.

ooc I think this is another reason why we need to ensure we post more often in this thread. as we must make a party order before every two days. (Sorry klar.) I posted the rolls and we shall see how that plays out then we can post our plan of action.

Crusher are you wanting to try to peel the armor off? or just grab weapons and coins?

OOC: It is no biggie. I posted saturday that we should stay up because to go down in the dark would be death with them coming out of the mouth with us being right there. We would still have to try to make the hour to the wagon on foot against a bunch of bandits on horse. makes no sense to me.
