Having an elder brother is associated with slower language development. Several studies had already demonstrated that children who have an elder sibling have poorer linguistic performance than those who have none. Actually I have two sons (9 and 5) and the younger one is speaking much much better than the elder. Don't understand exactly what are the reasons behind such statement.
