That's what makes a good leader - having integrity, equal effort and charisma contributes to higher morale among your workers and more leaders should take notice that acting strictly does not exactly pertain to higher performance. This falls down to morals when you apply the actual imagination of do to others on how you'd like to be treated and if you don't have morals - less people would look up to you in the first place.

At my previous job, my boss was lovely. She cared about the child care program, the people who worked there, and the children who we were responsible for. When I had a problem, I felt comfortable talking to her. I've cried in front of her a few times, and I don't do that on a regular basis.
Her boss, the owner of the program, was the same, although not as physically present.

Most employers like to manage their business with the same kind of strictness they would use on a child but employers need to remember that employees aren't children!
