Especially during this time, I find myself needing some kind of routine to stay as healthy, mentally and physically, as I can. I am laid off work for a little while, so my usual schedule is off. I make some kind of list the night before or that morning for my day.
This keeps mind clear of anxieties, and I am much happier in the day!
