Hi Lightsabove! I'm not sure about your question. Are you asking how many characters you can have at the same time or if you can create characters over and over again?
If the former, you can have multiple characters at the same time as a premium member. Please see this: Can I Have Multiple Text Role-playing Game ROK II Characters?
If the later, you can create characters over and over again so long as you are doing so by the rules of the game.
