A natural actor in my opinion, but for me he has such an unusual look that really does not seem to fit some of the roles he acts in such as the one about him being a fallen angel - City of Angels (1998).

My favorite of those listed is the one that caught my eye first, Valley Girl. It was a breakout movie for him and I think was reflected in many of his following roles. I also thought he did a great job imitating John Travolta's mannerisms in Face Off. I look forward to each and every one of his movies. We should also mention the very disturbing mover 8mm.

I am a great fan of Nicolas Cage, I like most of the films that he has starred in, but my all time favorite is one that isn't listed here, and that is 'It could happen to you' (1994)-- fantastic film, in my opinion.

I have watched this romantic film at least 10 times, every time it is shown on tv, I just have to watch it, and I never tire of it.

Nicolas Cage plays a cop who wins the lottery, and ends up sharing it with a waitress, because just before he won the money, he had been into the cafe where she worked, and he didn't have a tip to give her, so he told her that if he won the lottery he would share it with her, (little knowing he was about to win)
There is obviously more to this film, like his wife's reactions to him sharing it with another woman, but I won't say too much in case you fancy watching it for yourself!

Has Nicholas Cage been working out or was that cosmetics? I saw him in one scene in the movie Ghost Rider and the guy looked like he was getting ready for Rambo - I was impressed.
