It took a while to understand what was different with this sandal :D
I don't think that it could be anatomically feasible, maybe with a thinner "Skin" and breathable tissue it could work, otherwise it kinda defies the purpose of wearing sandals!

Funny, besides being unrealistic I wouldn't consider the feet pictured to be particularly 'perfect' either. They aren't ugly but wouldn't be a substitute.
