Comments: I feel sleepy all the time as if I have not slept at all. How can I stop this feeling?
Sleepy sounds like depression or a lack of what I have written below unless you are on any meds that is causing this feeling. There are some basic things that most of us ignore but they are the foundation of energy: proper diet (Lots of fruits and vegetables) cutting out all the junk and most especially sugar / processed foods which in itself can make you tired. Vigorous exercise… not just a walk (Although you may need to start that way in you are not active) but something more that boosts your heart rate like jogging, swimming, aerobics, etc. Surround yourself with positive people and find positive activities that you like and be committed to fulfilling them.
