West Virginia legislator Derrick Evans, who recorded himself storming the US Capitol, faces federal charge of illegal entry. Derrick Evans, a newly-elected Republican in the West Virginia house of delegates, live streamed himself storming the Capitol. Police also arrested the man depicted in photos lounging behind House Speaker Nancy Pelosi's desk. "We are far from done. ...
