Applying COLD helps us in RECENT INJURIES or those that are in the phase of ACUTE INFLAMMATION. CRYOTHERAPY is suitable for SPRAINS, FRACTURES, TENDINITIS, fiber breaks or dislocations. The use of HEAT is indicated for CHRONIC INJURIES or in ADVANCED state process.
