After the initial acceleration, the metabolic rate declines by 3% each year until age 20, when it stabilizes. From then on, metabolism remains stable until that magical (Average) age of 60, and then slows down.

Then I have to make sure I never turn 60 just turning another year older makes me feel like I want to reverse the clock. I wish we could wire our brains to speed up our metabolism.
