I think any exercise done correctly and under a doctors care can be beneficial to those who have HCM If they can lower their risk even a bit it is going to be good for them.

It is a condition in which thickening of the myocardium occurs. Often, only one part of the heart is thicker than the rest. The thickening can make it harder for blood to leave the heart, forcing it to work harder to pump blood.
