Ranking of Kings is an anime about a story of a little prince named Bojji who is cursed with deafness and stripped of any strength. Yet he still powers through his difficulties.
The art style may seem childish, but it gets dark real quickly.
However, what's best about this anime is that it breaks from other anime trope and nothing is at it presents to you at first and truly represent the idiom "Don't judge a book by its cover".
A recommended watch for sure.
I've watched the Ranking of the Kings. Definitely didn't think I was going to end up liking it as much as I did. For anyone out there I would definitely recommend it. It's not your classic anime. But it's definitely the one of the most interesting animes I watched.
Yeah really recommend it, it make me cry alot, and I think it will suit people here as it has a lot of ruling element, and kingdom base ranking which kinda similar for this ruler of king community, it also have a more european medieval feel to it rather than the more fictional interpretation or european medieval in asia.
And even with the main character disability he manage to become the strongest in the world through proper understanding of his weakness and strength to develop his own proper skill, although I don't watch the anime yet only the manga, but a warning though as OP mention it can get dark quickly.
