Video shows hail of gunfire as Black motorist killed by Akron police was shot as many as 60 times. Police said Jayland Walker refused to stop his car and fired at officers during a traffic stop that led to a chase. The footage showed multiple officers converging on the vehicle and opening fire on Walker. Although the actual number of shots fired had not been determined, the medical examiner reported about 60 wounds on Walker's body, officials said. Source 1z.

Autopsy finds Jayland Walker, a Black man killed by Akron police, was shot or grazed by a bullet 46 times. An Ohio medical examiner said Friday that Walker, 25, had 46 gunshot wounds or graze injuries on his body. His cause of death was due to blood loss and the manner was homicide, or shot by others, the medical examiner said. Source 4w.
