Tea Party turns on Graham

Why is the media so surprised at the 'anger' directed towards Lindsey Graham? After all, this is the guy who has a resume that looks more like a George Soros underling than a Republican United States Senator. Glenn plays the audio of angry town hall goers and talks about why they are upset with Graham and others like him. Ref. Source 7

Lindsey Graham has a secret?

That's what an activist with ALIPAC (a group that says it supports legal immigration) claims is causing Senator Graham to support the Democrats in their quest for amnesty. They believe Senator Lindsey Graham has a secret and his hand is forced because he doesn't want the secret to get out. Glenn plays the audio from ALIPAC and reacts on radio. Ref. Source 4

Senate Bill Will Ban Abortions After Five Months

Sen. Lindsey Graham, a pro-life South Carolina Republican, will introduce the Pain Capable Unborn Child Protection Act tomorrow at a press conference with representatives of leading pro-life groups.

In June, the House approved the legislation and the vote for the bill broke down on mostly partisan lines with Republicans supporting the ban on late-term abortions and Democrats opposing it. Leading pro-life organizations issued statements praising the House for the vote. Ref. Source 3

Lindsey Graham

Sen. Lindsey Graham will fend off a conservative challenge and win the Republican primary in South Carolina to avoid a runoff, CNN projects.

Graham is seeking a third term in the Senate but attracted six opponents in his party's primary, most of them from the conservative wing of the party that is still angry over Graham's 2008 vote for the Wall Street bailout, his voting in favor of President Barack Obama's Supreme Court nominations and his support for immigration reform.

Graham will face state Sen. Brad Hutto in the general election. Hutto easily won the Democratic nomination on Tuesday, but in solidly red South Carolina he is considered a long shot to win in November. Ref. CNN

Sen. Lindsey Graham drops out of Republican presidential race

The South Carolina senator has suspended his bid for the GOP presidential nomination.
