Turkey Carve I How

I enjoy carving the turkey for thanksgiving every year. I start with carving the breast meat and placing the all the white meat on a platter. Once I have all the white meat off the bird I switch to removing the dark meat. This year we will have both a oven roasted turkey and a redneck deep fried one. Plus a family recipe of cinnamon rubbed ham.
