Yes I like to have all my Christmas shopping done by the first week of December. After that it is just hanging out at the malls to watch people scurring to and fro to get something for someone.

We buy year round so that we get all the good sales. Might be just one thing bought in December if a new item pops up on sale that we hoped to get. For the most of it we use their request from this year to gear our shopping for the next year and their birthdays. The get one maybe two things on the list. I'm so unorganized...but slowly getting better.I've tried to buy a few things earlier this year to cut down on the costs in the months of November and December.
Up until a few years ago, we were still running around Christmas eve trying to deliver presents...it's no fun, and I now try to make a cut off date by the 18th to have everything sorted! (hopefully we'll manage it again)

I know it is hard at times such as this year when the economy is down. I still have to finish my shopping. I am running late this year but I have the big stuff bought and ready. Now it is just the small stuff. My wife want to do most of that so I will let her.
