I am thinking that the Whopper is the better tasting burger myself. I think I am partial to the fact I can actually feel the meat in my mouth and not look at the sandwich to make sure that there is meat in it like the Big Mac.

I've never been too impressed with the Big Mac and try to avoid it whenever possible. The Whopper at least has fresh veggies on it and a cleaner taste in my opinion.

Oh I am sorry Rhiana I thought you heard Burchard when he kissed your hand. You must have been over flattered. I am Donnald and this is Burckhard. indicates him with a sweep of his hand.
I have to agree that the veggies on the whopper seem crisper but the big mac has fresh veggies as well just chopped up a bit more. While the whopper has ketchup and mustard to add to the taste I am thinking that the special sauce of the big mac would taste pretty good on the whopper too.

Perhaps I was not speaking loud enough, my apologies Rhiana.
Is that special sauce the brown goo I see running down the side of the burger in the commercial? I though it might have been cutting oil. I must admit from what I have seen the Whopper looks some what fresher. Though till I sample I shall try not to be prejudiced.
I have to ponder just how long that meat is frozen before re hydration in the Whopper though.

You would think that is the case but actually McDonald's burgers have the lower fat content - believe it or not. It is the extra fat that adds the flavor to Burger King's meat. Bad press leads people to believe McDonald's is the unhealthiest. In reality you would get the same results - or worse - at any of the fast food burger chains.
But I still like the flavor of the Whopper best.

O'hashrek role, To me the idea of eating is to savor and enjoy food that nourishes the body. So I will mark the Big Mac for one point on lower fat, but the real enjoyment is the flavor.
Looks about for the person who is to be operating the contest.
All this talk is starting to make me hungry. Perhaps we can find the person in charge and get the tasting started.
I love pickles which one has more of them on it?

That is the nice thing about both of them. You can ask for extra pickles be placed on the sandwich.
I do think that they should let us dress our own sandwiches like Fuddruckers allows. But I guess that is a whole other type of taste test.
